Great way to end our trip. Upscale venue, friendly attentive and well-mannered staff. Recently refurbished & large unit with 2 double beds, nice shower, for example. Conveniently located to Pier 39. A short walk to San Francisco Playhouse.

Good hotel, good location, the room and the bathroom were very clean. The location was great, we were in San Francisco only for two days and could always walk.

The room was neat and fancy, had a safe box, multi-channel TV and a fridge. The breakfast was hot and wonderful at ridiculously high prices and the staff were accommodating. It was conveniently located, where an upscale urban Shopping mall is easily reachable. The provided service was impeccable.
The bed in my room was a bit too soft.

We had booked 2 rooms in an upper floor, we got 2 Bay View rooms. This room category is absolutely worth it, the view is beautiful. The WLAN also worked very well. We'll be happy to come back.

The location is very good
Staff not very friendly in the beginning, every stuff costs extra (soap, shower gel, etc. in the bathroom) is afterwards on the bill. Parking fees very high.

We absolutely loved the Marroitt, the facilities, the room was huge with excellent view. All staff were wonderful and welcoming and could not do enough for us. We liked I so much we decided to saty in a day room as we transit back through San Fran to Australia. 10 out of 10 on all counts! Thank You Marroitt Unon Sqaure!
